• Conceptualisation of creative themes and ideas for specific events and implementation thereof; including the design, layout and distribution of invitations.
• Sourcing the most suitable venues in line with the client’s corporate image, which can accommodate their target audience and delegates.
• Coordination of the registration process and response handling; including telemarketing and follow-up prior to the event, email blasts, email confirmations, email reminders, post event thank you mailers and SMS reminders.
• Assistance with the set up of registration websites, liaising with web designers and communicating the necessary requirements.
• Design, layout and printing of all name badges, agendas, evaluation forms, brochures, marketing collateral and material.
• Full management of the venues and suppliers involved in the event both locally and internationally.
• Sourcing packaging and displaying of marketing collateral, gifts and branding.
• Gifting, give aways, golf day packs and awards.
• Organisation of all specialised audio visual equipment; including coordination of set up, dry runs and de-rigging.
• Creation of a designated email address for all registrations, data capturing and database update.
• Partner development fund management and claiming of Vendor funded marketing. This process is time consuming and requires certain criteria to be met. We will help you to utilise this funding correctly, ensure that you receive your claims timeously and that all activities are professionally hosted and executed.
